Returns

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out directly through the form below or by emailing litkits.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with all inclusions sent back unused.

Exchanges

Similar to the return policy, please reach out directly to litkits.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of why you wish to make an exchange. The return must be made within 30 days of purchase with all inclusions unused. Upon receiving the return, the exchange item will be mailed to you.
